RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Unopened boxes have a 25% fee, if it's already left the warehouse. Opened and flown product cannot be returned. Please see details below.
We do not accept returns of used products or discounted priced bundles. Any opened, or new items, that are defective can be issued a "return request" within 5 business days of original purchase. If so, you should also provide us with a receipt of your purchase and a reason for returning the item. As well as any photo/video evidence of the issue(s).
If, in any case you are issued a return, the returned merchandise must be in its original condition (within 5 days) and accompanied by the packing slip included in your order, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored.
Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product and the security tags are still attached. The product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
All returns require a Return For Inspection (RFI) number. Your RFI number is the same as your Order number and is included on the return address label provided. Please include your RFI# with your return and on the outside of the shipping box (not the unit box). Uavprime.com will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number.
Once your return to UAVPrime is received, reviewed and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically issued to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note, depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for your credit to be applied and posted to your account.
- Damaged Box or Damaged Product: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), contact a Customer Support no later than 5 business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If your product is defective or sustains extensive damage to the box during shipping, contact Customer Support immediately at (323) 622-3110. Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed.
- Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused for delivery, outside of arriving damaged or in a damaged box, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by UAVPRIME.com. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you.
- Incorrect Shipping Address Provided: Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charge. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be reshipped will be subject to a reshipping fee. If the package is returned and customer has not contacted a customer support the order will then be refunded back to the original form of payment.
Please fill out a form at UAVPrime customer service and our returns department will process your request. We do not refund shipping costs if item is in working condition. The customer is responsible to pay for all costs including shipping, handling, and customs fees (if any) when returning the product(s) plus a 15 ~ 35% restocking fee.

UAVPrime.com ships to all U.S. destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands.
FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid: Means that the seller/shipper pays the cost of shipping while the buyer/receiver of goods assumes the responsibility of goods at the point of origin.
Free Ground Shipping Over $800- Free ground shipping applies to the 48 continental states (No Hawaii/Alaska/PR/VI)
International Shipping Policy - We ship worldwide! We work with various companies to ensure that you get the best rate possible for your international shipping needs. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us to get specific rate quotes.

Shipping times do not include the day the order ships. Orders only ship on business days (M-F). "3-Day" and "Standard Overnight" options refer to business days (Monday-Friday). This does not apply to delays caused by acts beyond UAPrime.com's control, such as acts of God, strikes, lockouts or disasters. UAVPrime.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend this offer should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or the proper conduct of the offer. UAVPrime.com reserves the right to disqualify any order found to be disrupting the operation of the offer or website.

If a user wishes to subscribe to our catalog, newsletter, etc., we ask for contact information such as name, street address and email address to provide these communications. Because we respect our users' privacy, we provide a way to opt-out of these communications. Please see the choice and opt-out section below.
